1. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Material costs (patches, patti, fusing, dye/rangi) are charged separately. Final rates may vary based on design complexity. A deposit may be required before work begins — confirm via WhatsApp.

2. Order Process

Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp after design discussion and measurement sharing. Clients must provide their own fabric unless otherwise agreed.

3. Delivery & Pickup

Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days. Urgent service (additional Rs. 500) reduces this timeline. Pickup is available from our Faisalabad studio. Delivery options within Faisalabad can be discussed.

4. Alterations

One complimentary fitting adjustment is included if notified within 3 days of delivery. Additional alterations are charged at standard rates starting from Rs. 400.

5. Design References

We strive to match your design reference as closely as possible. Exact replication depends on fabric type, available materials, and design feasibility. We will confirm what is achievable before starting.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations before cutting begins receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations after cutting may not be eligible for refund. Discuss cancellation policy at time of booking.
